I used ninetyninedreams.com for a little while and overall the site was easy to navigate. Pages loaded fine, and I didn’t have to click around too much to find what I needed. That said, a few sections felt kind of plain or unclear, and when I had a small concern, I felt a bit dismissed rather than helped. Nothing was bad enough to ruin the experience, but it did leave me a little less impressed. Overall, still a decent site and I’d probably give it 4 stars.

I ordered from ninetyninedreams.com and ended up needing to ask a question about my order. From my experience, the reply took way longer than I expected, which was frustrating because I just wanted a simple update.

When they finally got back to me, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. I had to explain the same issue again, and that made the whole thing feel more annoying than it needed to be.

The website itself was okay to use, but the customer service part wasn’t great for me. I wouldn’t say it was the worst experience ever, but they definitely need to be quicker and clearer when helping customers

I don’t know if it was just me, but the whole return process felt way more annoying than it needed to be. I had a hard time finding clear info about the refund, and it left me frustrated. Maybe I missed something, but i wasn’t happy with the experience.

I don’t overthink shipping too much, if it shows up when it’s supposed to, that’s a win in my book. This came on time, so no complaints from me.

I don’t think this was really worth what I paid. The site itself was easy enough to use, and it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the value just didn’t feel right. A lot of it seemed basic, especially compared to other options that give you more for the money. I get that companies need to charge for their services, but it feels a little wrong to price something this high when the quality doesn’t really match. I probably wouldn’t pay for it again.
